Upon pressing the ‘Nurse Call’ button an audible is raised from the call point. The call point will instantly sound a siren and contact an SMS Call list then a follow call will be made by our 24/7 monitoring staff who can also action emergency services if requested. The call point will identify its unique number relative to its allocated position.
